I placed an order for supplements that were needed for my aunt, who is from out of the country and was visiting. These supplements were needed because they are said to help her child who has Autism.

The email confirmation said that my package would arrive in less than 10 days. 14 days later, and it still hasn't arrived, and my aunt went back empty handed. I called the company and they tell me that they're out of stock. WHAT THE HECK.

They don't even have the DECENCY to notify a customer that they don't even have the product in stock, TWO WEEKS after the order was placed?

I really wanted to cuss these representives out. I am beyond pissed off.

Monetary Loss: $60.
