I ordered Perfect Food Raw, a greens supplement, and was sent the wrong product (a protein powder). They emailed me a UPS label to return it and said they would mail the correct product right away.
Three weeks later, I had received nothing, so I called to request a refund. The man was EXTREMELY RUDE on the phone and literally YELLED at me: "STOP YELLING AT ME!" It was a strange thing to yell since I was at work in a quiet area and was not even slightly raising my voice. In any case, he subsequently HUNG UP ON ME. Yes, hung up on a customer requesting a refund for a product not received.
I swear I was not yelling, being rude, profane, or otherwise complaining AT ALL. I think he has an emotional problem.
