Placed nearly a $400 order almost a month ago that arrived covered in dirt/dust and all the products were at, or near, their expiration date. The guy on the phone basically told me to screw off, and said that there is nothing I can do about it.

Just figured that I would let future customers know that they have TERRIBLE customer service and EXPIRED products that arrive COVERED IN DUST. Would not reccommend.

They would not even send me new product to replace the old one. Hands down, the worst online experience that I have had (and I frequently shop online).

Monetary Loss: $200.
