Amazingly Nasty - Wow! | VitaGlo in Lincoln City, Oregon

I am stunned at the way that I was just treated when I called with a question regarding my order! Absolutely nasty to me, told me he didn't care if I ordered again, would not allow me to speak and said that he would not listen to any complaints (I was not complaining at all!), said he would not be threatened (what?? Threatened?) and then he hung up on me! The Vitaglo site says that they ship UPS - they do not, they ship USPS. It says that they ship quickly - they did not even print a shipping label until a week after I ordered and the tracking says "delivered" on the same date that the shipping label was created. (Has not been delivered) Live and learn....don't order from Vitaglo.

I called a week ago and they said they "thought" it shipped and would call me back. They never did so I called back this week and let him know they didn't return my call. He rudely said "Are you done complaining yet.... I'm not going to keep talking to you until you're done complaining." I asked if they were always so rude to customers. He replied that he wasn't going to listen to me complain and to send an e-mail if I had questions then hung up on me. It's been two days shy of a month since I placed my order. It's sad to see such unhappy and miserable people in the world. The owner of this company clearly doesn't value the people who pay his way and obviously in the wrong business. His behavior will catch up to him.

I don't review business EVER but today I'm making an exception because of an *** I was on the phone with. If you want to waste your time and money order from them.

Worst customer service there is. I ordered 1 Vitargo $154.00 on December 11th and still didn't get my package even though is delivered from NY. Called them many times to inquire about my delivery and they put you on hold and never answer back. Today they said they will refund my credit card.

I wouldn't have cared but I promised the package to a friend of mine in Europe. Thank you Vitaglo

Filed a claim with PayPal for the missing items that they never sent so they finally sent a tracking number. We just checked and the tracking number was the original shipment not the missing items. Slimy!

I placed and bought 1 order of 3 boxes protein bars and received another order and charged for that other order under my wife's name.Called Customer service and He told me that the problem was on my end and if I returned the order they would charge me shipping and a restocking fee, so I should just keep it.My email only said that I ordered one under my name.I won't order ever again and they lost a customer.It's a bit rude to accuse me for the double order.what happened to the customer is always right.I believe they are one of those companies that take advantage of a shared credit card.

HORRIBLE service... I find it hard to believe they are in business... I placed an order for a product that I found to be priced relatively cheap.. well it was only cheap because the shipping and handling is overpriced..without even noticing..I had hit accept the charges. I tried to find a number to call to cancel my order but according to their flimsy website.. you have to send an email.. well I did just that within the same minute to say I wanted to CANCEL my order.. next day I get an email that my order has shipped!! I called the next day and spoke with the rudest and unprofessional man.. didn't get his name but answered the phone like he was eating something..didn't introduce himself or the name of the business so I had to ask if this was Vitaglo..rudely snapped YES... told him what happened.. said..well your order shipped already they must not have seen the email (no *** Einstein) you would think that if their only way for a customer to cancel an order is through an email, they would bother to actually read their emails...daily before shipping something out.. which leads me to believe they are a very badly run business. Only solution was to reject shipment...NO APOLOGIES whatsoever for THEIR mistake... reading the prior horror stories.. confirms that places like these should not even be in business since they lack any professionalism, courtesy or common decency.

I placed and paid for an order for almost $1,000.00 in raw meal which I did receive, but in 1/2 quantity increments so I got 64 of these little containers rather than the 32 large that I ordered. One of the containers was not sealed and powder was leaking out- after removing the plastic outer coating, there was powder everywhere and the inner seal was not sealed. I called the company and the RUDE and ABRUPT guy on the other end told me to mail it back for replacement. I questioned this because it will cost me more to ship it than to just buy another one. He was very rude and told me he didn't care and to do what I want with it. I attempted to reason with him two more times and told him I spent almost $1,000.00 on this order and the shipping would cost more than buying a new one. He got very hostile and told me not to start with him among other things. I will NEVER do business with this company again, I don't care how much better their prices may be, it is not worth that kind of abuse.
