I had called concerned about an order I have not received and a very rude guy answer and told me to HOLD-ON in a very aggressive tone. After 15 mins.

I hung up and called back and he answered immediately and I ask why he would put me on hold that long or why would he do that or even answer the phone. He says that is how it works-then he rudely clicked the phone on hold.

I hung up and called back and told him I want to talk to someone else and what was his name he said he was Michael and he was the owner so I was stuck with the situation, then a rude click again. I called back =told him I am disputing charges and will not ever do business with his poor customer service again, to say it nicely.
