I ordered products on July 28th, 2017 and received a receipt.They charged my card and then never sent anything!

I sent emails and called with no response. Finally got someone on August 22 who told me that the product was out of stock and I would get a refund... really? The other product was also not received.

When I started to say that I would have appreciated some notification earlier, the woman hung up on me. I called back and got a man who also hung up on me. (I wasn't yelling, but was incredulous that they had never gotten back to me) btw... I just went online and they are still showing the product I ordered as "in stock".

I don't appreciate paying good money for a product that I need and then waiting for weeks to finally find out that I have paid for it, but will not get it.This does not make me feel very confident that I will get back my $136.90 charged to my card any time soon if ever...

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $137.

I didn't like: Service.
