Horrible, Weird, Unethical

I bought two vitamin supplements. They were supposed to arrive within the week. The shipping ended up being expensive, but I was not in the mood to wait any longer so I ordered it. Two weeks went by and I was leaving for a visit to another state. I called them and asked what was going on. They gave me he runaround but then told me they would send the order to Florida. Again, another week went by and no order. I called them again and they told me they would only send one of the supplements and immediately refund me for the other one as they were out of stock. A week later the order came for one of the supplements (btw the expiration date is only a few months away) but they never refunded my money for the other. I ended up calling them and the guy said, OK I'll refund it today (same thing he said before) I said "by the way I just red all your reviews and they are horrible". They guy then said "stop being abusive". Seriously. so weird. It is abusive to take peoples money and treat them this way.

This man is terribly abusive to his customers, and then expects the customer to apologize. Just because we called?

If he would have answered my email about why they cancelled my order with no explanation, I wouldn’t have called. You can’t say any of that to him however because he hangs up, and when you call again he asks if you are calling to apologize.

Vitaglo sent wrong product

Vitaglo sent product other than what I was trying to buy. I emailed them and got no response. So I called their number and rep told me he couldn't send me the product I need and told me to send it back to get a refund when they get the product back. But I asked about the shipping. He said I have to pay for return shipping. I already paid $10 for shipping. But I don't think I should be charged with shipping charges that was not due to my fault. Rep hust blew me off when answering my questions of how I can get the product or get my money back if I return the wong product. He hanged up on me also.

Zero stars. Horrible customer service on an online order. One item was missing and marked as back order. Never was contacted by vitaglo about the status. Two months and several messages later nothing. Mike who graciously answered ONCE to my inquiries: “I’ll get back to you tomorrow”. Obviously never did anything to keep me in the loop or send the item or refund. Also charged me $10 shipping for 1st class USPS that cost them $2.88 to ship. What a waste of time and money buying from vitaglo dot com / discount natural foods / whatever else they call them. Had to take it to PayPal to get my money back. AVOID!!!

I ordered products on July 28th, 2017 and received a receipt. They charged my card and then never sent anything! I sent emails and called with no response. Finally got someone on August 22 who told me that the product was out of stock and I would get a refund... really? The other product was also not received. When I started to say that I would have appreciated some notification earlier, the woman hung up on me. I called back and got a man who also hung up on me. (I wasn't yelling, but was incredulous that they had never gotten back to me) btw... I just went online and they are still showing the product I ordered as "in stock". I don't appreciate paying good money for a product that I need and then waiting for weeks to finally find out that I have paid for it, but will not get it. This does not make me feel very confident that I will get back my $136.90 charged to my card any time soon if ever...

No order received poor customer service

Place an order won't go in-depth on product. Total $27 after shipping. Was advised would receive product within 7 to 10 business days. After 3 weeks and no news I sent an email asking the status of my shipping and received a very short unprofessional message that simply stated "i will look into it and get back to you thanks Mike". No punctuation no capitalization. 2 days later and no response I called the company because that is the only other way to reach them by email or by phone. When I call the person who invented the phone was very short with me and rude from the start. Did not ask me my name order number or anything accept my zip code and then confirmed that I had not received my product and asked me as such and I told him I did not receive it he said he would look into it and call me back in an hour and then hung up on me. 2 hours later and no word I called back and he got very rude with me right from the start again and told me that I did not give him enough time to look and that he was just going to give me a refund. Once again he did not ask any information from me he didn't know what the heck I was talking about but he knew my order possibly from my phone number or zip code and acknowledge that I did have an order there. He said he would give me a refund and then hung up the phone. An hour later I finally got fed up with it after not seeing a refund being processed on PayPal and called again asking for a supervisor and he started yelling at me whoever this person is telling me that they don't have a supervisor and that I didn't need to talk to anybody and that I should send an email and when I advised that I did send an email he said "well then there's nothing we're going to do about it" and he hung up the phone on me... so here I am thinking I'm not getting a refund or my order and that is not right thank goodness I had paid through PayPal. I called them and filed a dispute not only did I file a dispute but I filed a customer service file with the fraud department so that they can be looked into and I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and received your file number for that as well. I also am sending an email to Consumer Reports. These people don't know who they messed with. I have a lot of time on my hands with my job and because I'm a bit of a homebody have literally nothing better to do than make their lives miserable and I fully intend to do that. I hope they go out of business soon and are arrested for what I'm sure is a large amount of fraud. This review is dedicated to Mike, whom I know receives these for the company and sends out the emails and apparently answers the phone. I'm not the only one here we are coming after you there are a lot of pissed off people.

I have been a long term customer of this business with no problem. The first time I had a problem was when they sent me the wrong product.

I emailed and got no answer. I called and the owner kept talking over me and interrupting. I said he needed to be more customer service oriented. HE HUNG UP ON ME.

I called back and started explaining the discrepancy which also involves his website and he said ' I DON'T HAVE TO HEAR ALL THIS , JUST GET TO THE PROBLEM". The problem, sir, is you don't appreciate your customers.

I should have read the reviews first. You have a horrible reputation and it is most deserved.

I called a week ago and they said they "thought" it shipped and would call me back. They never did so I called back this week and let him know they didn't return my call.

He rudely said "Are you done complaining yet.... I'm not going to keep talking to you until you're done complaining." I asked if they were always so rude to customers. He replied that he wasn't going to listen to me complain and to send an e-mail if I had questions then hung up on me. It's been two days shy of a month since I placed my order.

It's sad to see such unhappy and miserable people in the world.

The owner of this company clearly doesn't value the people who pay his way and obviously in the wrong business. His behavior will catch up to him.

If you want to be treated as a valued customer, use Jet.com. They know how to treat people.

I called and asked specifically if they had a product! The very rude person said yes. I tried ordering through paypal and it conveniently didn't work...because paypal protects customers. Then I ordered with debit card and the payment was taken immediately. I then looked for tracking 3 days later and there was none. I called and he (the rude man) said that they didn't have it in stock and will cancel my order. Still haven't received refund in my account. I am with ya! Why hasn't this place been shut down yet??? They are awful!!!!!! Stay away from here!!!!!!!!!!! I could use stronger words to describe the owner but trying to keep it G rated. Worst internet experience ever!!!!!!!

I don't review business EVER but today I'm making an exception because of an *** I was on the phone with. If you want to waste your time and money order from them. Worst customer service there is. I ordered 1 Vitargo $154.00 on December 11th and still didn't get my package even though is delivered from NY. Called them many times to inquire about my delivery and they put you on hold and never answer back. Today they said they will refund my credit card. I wouldn't have cared but I promised the package to a friend of mine in Europe. Thank you Vitaglo

Geez the guy's not that bad. I've ordered from them several times with no problem.

This last time however turns out product was out of stock and unavailable from mfg.

Before I could ask he says "I'm just going to refund your card and if it comes in later , we'll send you an e-mail. Sounds like this whiner has an attitude himself.

Ordered Accelerade from them. Place a call 12 days after order to find out why online order status showed no action. Rep who answered phone was abrupt, cutting me off before I half finished why I called, simply asking for my zip code. After I gave him that, he verified my name then quickly put me on hold. When he came back on he said he was going to credit my card because they could no longer get the product. The advertised price was great but if they cannot supply it, so what? Avoid these guys.

Ordered a product and vitaglo shipped wrong product. I called to get the matter resolved and they stated they packaged the product correctly. They told me to send back wrong product and instructed me to use cheapest method possible to return with no tracking insurance etc. I feared they would say they didn't receive it and then I'd be out even more money. I am now disputing claims with my credit card company. BUYER BEWARE! I will NEVER order again through them!
