OWNER VERY RUDE AND WOULD NOT ANSWER MY QUESTIONS | VitaGlo review from Corpus Christi, Texas

The owner was very rude and acted like I was *** simply because I was asking a question about how to order through him. What a ***! I would NEVER order through this guy! I was actually going to be a first time buyer. With him being so rude and disrespectful, like I owed him something, I decided to check for complaints about his company. Boy did I see a lot of them. I guess that I am not the only person that he is being rude to. I can't imagine trying to deal with this guy if the order was not shipped properly or on time. Quite frankly I NEVER want to talk with this person again.

The reviews are right. Money was taken from my account the next day. It's been 3 weeks. Nothing. No replies to my emails. I am almost afraid to call after reading how rude he is. Can I call bank and have money returned to me? What a mistake this was.

terrible company....ordered a part for my juicer...was immediately charged but never saw the product. After multiple calls to Mike and multipe empty promises I still have no product and no refund. So glad it wasn't a bigger order. Stay away from this company!

I've been in mail order business for over 20 yrs., health for 25 yrs. Never have I encountered someone so RUDE to answer a phone in such a manner, then HANG UP ON YOU? Didn't take me long to figure out what kind of business he is running and WHY? BE SMART, DON'T GIVE YOUR $$$ AWAY! Unprofessionals DON'T deserve to be in business. People like this give mail order a BAD name. VitaGlo - Delivery Review from North Hollywood, California

I ordered a product from vitalglo and did not receive it after 3 weeks although my credit card was charged. I emailed them three times. Finally I called and the man was very rude when I told him what happened and he hung up on me. I called back and he said I needed to apologize and told me to email and hung up on me. This online business needs to be put out of business now. I will probably never get my money back but I want to warn others. Do not order from them!

I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered from them. Ordered on 9/11, on 9/18 nothing yet, so I called them. A guy says Hello, I thought I had called someones home. I asked about my order, he kept saying to me "wait a minute" and would put me on hold. This guy does not know how to talk to customers on the phone. He said the order was shipped, well it shipped that day I called. I got an email from UPS that day that it had shipped out. Vitaglo emailed 2 days later. So placed the order on 9/11 and got the package 9/25. It took 2 weeks, but at least they got my order correct. First time and last time I will order from them.

Avoid this company | VitaGlo review

This company is to be avoided at all costs. Just look at the string of complaints and that should convince you. It is obvious that they only want your money, apparently under dubious circumstances, and that "customer service" is not in their vocabulary. Seriously, Yahoo Stores should drop them. I placed a large order for some shower gel, and it never arrived. After around a month, I e-mailed them about it using the "Reply" to my order confirmation and never received a response. After two more weeks, I e-mailed them again at sales@vitaglo.com and never received a response. In trying to track my shipment, I also found that the order had been "cancelled", although I had never been notified of this. After two more weeks, I telephoned and reached someone who was incredibly rude and just shouted "Your order was cancelled" and hung up. In the meantime, I have been unable to take a shower for nearly two months. Okay, I made that part up, but the rest is completely true and equally as smelly. I will never click their website again, let alone order anything.
